our services begin at $3,800 and increase based on venue, venue location, wedding party size, guest count, planning and day of needs. we are happy to offer free consultations to determine your exact needs and are happy to work with your budget to create a custom quote based on your level of planning desired.


during the planning phase, you can expect to receive the following services from us:


time dedicated to getting to know you, your vision, and wishes.  we value building a strong relationship with you.

customized venue and vendor recommendations. we're not playing favorites or sending you to our friends - we're intentionally matching you with the right people who are best for you, your budget and your personality.

checklist, timeline, guest, layout/seating, and budget management and maintenance to keep you on track.

consultation on etiquette,  trends and traditions, industry norms, guest logistics and experience (lodging and transportation, recommendations for out of town guests), and all wedding related vendors/details.


vendor management with an emphasis on efficient and respectful communication. 

consultation on obtaining a marriage license. 

professional tie breaker and therapist. we'll be a neutral opinion or tie breaker. we'll be here when you're in tears (and hopefully help prevent them in the first place).

review of ceremony, toasts, and any special speeches as needed to make sure there are no embarrassing surprises or lengthy toasts that cause you to miss golden hour sunset photos.

direction of ceremony rehearsal. we will thoroughly cover the ceremony flow and details so you, your officiant and your wedding party feel completely comfortable and at ease.


we are the  first to arrive on site. we will check in with the couple, VIP guests, and vendors to field any questions.

assisting in ceremony and reception set up.

facilitate “first look” and work alongside your photographer and videographer to round up guests as needed.

coordination with your florist for arrangements and installations and coordination of the pinning of boutonnières.

oversee all parking and load-in for vendors and oversee arrival and departure times for transportation of bridal party and guests.


direction of the ceremony procession and recession. 

assisting with marriage license signing.

communication with your catering and beverage services for table assignments, table counts, allergy and dietary needs. 

coordination of  introductions,  toasts,  special dances  and cake cutting.


provide support for you, your new spouse, and your VIP family members. we are dedicated to a positive guest experience and will assist any way we can.


handle distribution of final payments and vendor gratuity. 

oversee all breakdown including rentals, personal items, décor and trash/compost/recycling.

unexpected circumstance management from stains to hospital visits. we've seen it all and are ready to jump in if anything should go wrong.
